Königsberg tankard with lid

Silver; gilt. The cylindrical body with a strong volute handle on a profiled base. The wall is decorated with 24 Braunschweig-Lüneburg Reichstaler, dated 1690 – 1697. In the lid and in the base there is a Saxon thaler with the bust of Elector Johann Georg I of Saxony, Jülich, Kleve and Berg, dated 1620 and 1624. The weight indication “Wigt 90 lott” is engraved under the base ring.
