A facetted and fluted oval bowl engraved with régence decor to the moulded rim. The matching pitcher decorated with busts of Roman emperors rests on a raised platform to the centre. A small crack to the rim of the pitcher. H of pitcher 21; L of basin 36.5; W 25.5 cm, total weight 963 g.
